The Lost Episode

from Supernatural Hour Hosted by Brett Smith

The lost episode... no really. Castle lost the episode while updating his computer to Windows 10, but you're in luck he found the back-up! So after a few day delay here is Episode 9. In this episode Castle wants to kick his own ass for chewing gum during an investigation. Heffe finds the mute button on his new mixer and gets mad at Castle for eating Mike & Ikes. Lurch takes on the role of exorcist at the Rawlings Frontier Prison, and DeAnn gets pretty much shut out on this one, but we love her anyway.

You're listening to the Wisps. It's Wasatch, investigative studies of Paranormal stuff. Wait, no. It's what Wasatch investigates the science of Paran- Wasatch, Wasatch, It's the Wisps.

They're Wisps. Listen, it's okay. It's the Wisps. Happy awesome fun time Paranormal Adventure show.

Seriously, dude, you need to get a better name. I'm not kidding. He's still muted. Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of The Wisps Show.

Castle is on mute right now. I'm mute, man. There it is. He's eating Mike.

Oh, there goes again. Mike and Ikin is mouth. He's gone. He should have discovered this a long time ago.

Seriously. Hey, this would be a good one for when he starts telling a story. Oh, yeah. Was it Zink?

I'll take things that irritate heffy for a thousand please Alex. We know what the Mike and Iks. I like the Mike and Iks. Kind of like I like stories.

If you ever bring Mike and Iks again, you're fired. You're fired. I'm firing for my own business. Yes.

You know, what this reminds me of though is I spent the last two days, which would be my weekend, going through our Rawlings, our Rawlings audio for the Frontier Prison. For the Frontier Prison for EVPs. And I noticed something kind of interesting going through that audio. Besides the fact that somebody gave me a piece of gum and I have four hours of me sounding like I'm eating Mike and Iks.

I will kill you. Yeah, I was going to say after four hours of that, I pretty much want to kick my own ass. So I just stand up out of my chair and just run it, headlong into the wall. It's punishment.

But there's a couple other interesting things I noticed with the audio. And I'm going to make fun of lurch here just a little bit. And I'm going to make fun of my wife a little bit, plus her heart. Half my audio consists of lurch going, you have no power over me, you can't hurt us, you have no power over us, none.

And the other half consists of my wife going, do we want to go messie up yellows? Is there anyone else trying to go? We have never left. Is there anyone else trying to go?

How about the infirmary? Do you want to go the infirmary? We have an hour left. Well, she's a nurse.

Of course she likes the infirmary. Well, I started making fun of her today because I was listening to the audio. I said, you know, I said, this audio consists of lurch going, the power of question tells you. I wasn't saying that.

Nah, you're basically saying, you know, power of words. Well, there were a lot of dark things there. There were a lot of dark things there. And the two brandies were there and they were freaking out about how much was going on.

But seriously, like most of the audio consists of Mrs. Castle going, you want to go somewhere else? How about the yellows? Go go yellows?

We just started investigating here. And so I started making fun of her. I said, you know, this is what the audio consists of. She goes, well, I figured we're missing ghosts somewhere and I was getting bored.

So I had to explain to her that sometimes ghost hunting consists of sitting in one spot for a long time and just listening, watching. If nothing happening. Exactly. And then ghost started jumping out of the rafters.

Hey, look at me! I'm a ghost! Before we get going today, I think I could just turn the music down just a tiny bit. Don't tell me what to do.

You're not the boss of me. There we go. Perfect. Anyway, let's get some business out of way to start with.

And then we'll get into it. Today we're going to talk about fake ghost photos. And we're going to talk about head-based fake ghost photo contest. Now I know Chunga and Radio Ronan plugged in their latest episode.

I'm not sure who's episode's coming out first. Arzur theirs. But first things first, Paracon is coming up and that is going to be... August 15th and 16th.

August 15th and 16th. And that's at Crohn's Hollow. One of those is my birthday. Sweet.

I won't tell you which one. You can buy a pick of Paracon for your birthday. So are you sure it's not a 14th and 15th? I'm looking.

It's on a Friday and Saturday. I'm checking. That would be a 14th and 15th. I want to say it's a Saturday Sunday.

I think it's a Saturday. I think it's a Saturday Sunday is 15th. How big do you think you'll be able to get the time off from work to go? Let me check with my boss.

Hey, can I have the time off from work? Hell no, not for that shit. You know what? I'm going to make you buy your own ticket for that.

Dollar in the swear jar. Dollar in the swear jar. Hey, it wasn't me. It was my boss.

But you are your boss. No, not. You're not the boss of you. Anyway, but that should be pretty good.

Yeah, do you know how much your ticket's at the door? I know nothing. Set up when and where. I will look up some information right now.

I also keep talking. Why don't you have to top my head, say $25. I'm going to have you look that up while we talk. $25.

$25 more than I make in a day. We'll show you the whole seat, but you only need the edge. The beautiful part is there's, whoa, my voice is going to crack there. I'm going through the puberty again.

That's not good. Oh, my name's Castle. My name's Castle. I'm going to talk about goes.

I'm going to have to ask my manager. Speaking of open the night, you know. Oh dear. And there goes.

Another P.T. 13 episode on our belt. Gressed to six year old's in. Five seconds flat.

Now with the paracon there is going to be some panels. There's going to be some guest speakers come in. I know Scott Grunwald is going to be in town. Yours truly Castle is going to be on a panel on Sunday.

Who's Scott Grunwald? Scott Grunwald is from Pernum or Paparazzi. It was on I believe it was a travel channel show, but really nice guy. Very comfortable with his sexuality.

He is 100% heterosexual, but the man wears pink Hello Kitty shirts and two twos for your shock value. Oh shoot, sounds like my kind of guy. I do that too. Your volume seems kind of a hippie.

Okay, I have. Well, I can hear you. I have the information ready. Ready.

So Utah Paracon is August 15th and 16th. It is at Crone's Hollow, which is 2470 Main Street, South Main Street in Salt Lake City. The cost is $25 for adults, which covers both days. $5 for a child and they consider a child under 10.

You can purchase tickets online and it is a very, very long website. So I won't read it. We will have it up on our website. We have a link to it.

Yes, in fact, when this airs, I'll put up a link to Paracon. I will put up a link to our fake ghost photo contest. Whist will be having a booth at Paracon. Whist will be having a booth.

And just for those who have never been to Paracon, if you look it up to usually have a couple ghost tunds scheduled for before, during, and sometimes even after. And I can tell you right now, they have one August 15th at the family tree. It is $30 and this runs from... Okay, I'm getting mixed up.

But the $30 includes dinner and the ghost time. They have awesome scones. So the actual Paracon is 11am to 9pm and I don't see what time the family tree starts. But I would assume that it's later that you've been after.

And now last year, they usually ended the Paracon itself around 7pm and then we all departed for the various ghost hunts. And they had two different hunts going each night, so you kind of pick which one you wanted. I think they're doing a little different this year, but again, if you go to the website, you're going to get more information. For those who go to the actual Paracon event, and like I said, that's at Crohn's Hall in Salt Lake.

Do you have that address, Andy? Yes, I do. It is 2470 South Main Street. It'll be on the West Side of the Road.

Now for those who go there, there's going to be different booths. It's going to have a booth there. A lot of other Utah ghost groups will have booths there. A lot of the haunted venues that are basically open to the public to have ghost hunts such as family tree, fear factory, a 749.

They generally have booths there as well. They present some evidence to tools, so things of that nature. They'll probably be vendor, well, they'll probably vow out. There will be vendors there.

There will be people doing tarot card readings, psychic readings. There'll be workshops. It's basically going to be kind of all things paranormal. If you want to learn about Magic Rocks, I have quite a few more.

Is there anyone there that's going to play with my chakra? Yes, there will be chakra players. There'll be psychometrists. There will be all kinds of different things there.

It's pretty fun. I went last year. I stayed the whole time. It's actually where I met Brandy P, who is one of our mediums.

And Tim, who joined our team. I met then their last year at Paracont. That's actually where I recruited them, which brings us to our next piece of business. Peas.

Peas. Peas. Peas of business. Our next piece of business.

Let me ask you a question. Did you know that in the ghetto, do you want to spray? It's actually called Ask. Oh, dear.

Sorry, that was that was. Lurch at Wisps.org. Lurch at Wisps.org. Oh, wow.

Sorry. Sorry. This show, we generally record every other weekend, or not every other weekend, but every other week. We're actually going to be recording again four days from now.

Maybe. I didn't confirm that. I'm not getting your house. No, you're not.

Good luck with that. We will be recording five days from now, if all goes for him to plan. And Brandy Pace, who is one of our mediums, is going to be answering questions. It's kind of short, kind of short notice, but I've decided your questions.

Lurch is distracting me. He's making motions with his microphone. I don't know if he's trying to tell me that I look like I'm like, pleasuring the microphone, or if he's trying to play your his microphone. I don't know.

He's offering if he can pleasure my microphone. I have an extra microphone. I'm saying, I'm not sure you guys. I don't know why this is.

Kind of making me a little uncomfortable. I was intentionally trying to make some crude gestures. The scariest thing about it is he looked like he was quite skilled at it too. I have an extra microphone.

I was just thinking I'll bring it to you. That would be awesome. I wish I was going to start skid here for like the first 45 minutes before we started the show. I'm all checked up on Mountain Dew.

I'm pretty sure that he's checked if I'm Mountain Dew. I'm going to come at you like a spider monkey. I think he might have had three four rock stars and maybe hit or two of my men. No, actually I just had a Coke, but it's like the first Coke that I've had in about three and a half weeks.

So what kind of watch is this? No, about two and a half weeks. All I got to say is that he's dandered up to the chairs. He's going to hold still.

So it may make for an interesting show. Unlike the Pulsramarathon show where you kind of set their way for a water out of production. I was like, take a poll. Anyway, so we're going to be doing a special show.

So you're going to see this with episode and then probably shortly thereafter I'm going to release a second episode where we're going to interview and talk to one of our mediums. It's a very short notice. We are going to be recording the episode on August 4th. So if you're hearing this on or after August 4th, it may be too late.

But if you hear before then submit it to your questions that you'd like to ask at medium. I know I've got Bill, Miss Amici who does all the social media for the Paw Goblins putting it out there tonight that we want your questions. But please send us your questions because that'll your questions usually more interesting in mind. I already know the answer so I never know what to ask.

What other business do we have? Then you guys all fail because we have cafes fake ghost. I know we're okay to that. I thought you were talking about otherwise.

That was like the meat and the potatoes. The appetizer. I'm going to throw it out there. Okay, first off, let us look at a couple of submissions that we've had so far.

We have had a few submissions for the fake ghost contest. Now we're going to have these up on the website so listeners can see them since they can't see what we're talking about. Yes, first one I'd like to give honorable mention to. It comes from Blake Denzley.

Blake, you suck. I shouldn't spare Blake. I'm the user or only listener. So he's not going to listen to the podcast anymore because he told me to suck.

I just can't. But we love you Blake. Hey, Blake, Castle sucks. Blake basically sent us a picture of an empty chair so that's his fake ghost photo because there's an actually ghost there.

We just can't see it. That's why I say you suck Blake. Here is my fake ghost photo. See, there is no ghost in my empty barber chair at my barbershop.

Dot dot dot dot or is there? There's not a block. We love you Blake, but we want an actual fake ghost in our fake ghost photo. That's a nice looking barbershop though.

Hey, hey, I choose the winner. Maybe I like Blockay. Dot Blockay. I like your barbershop.

It is a good barbershop and if I actually had hair, I would come frequently. Barbershop. Do you do any other type of shaving other than just head, Blake? It's actually back waxed and his buttocks.

Male Brazilians. All right. Now we got this one from Vanessa. And she didn't leave a last name, but this is from Vanessa.

And it says hi, Wisps love the show and Castle is hot. Ha. My name is Vanessa and this photo is taken at Fort Douglas. Why don't I go start with the goblin?

Did you send that to yourself? She's never seen Castle. It actually says that. You're not lying this time.

It actually says that you're not helping our case here. This is Castle Santa. That's so sweet. No, I'm just a cast.

Maybe not Vanessa. I got to say, though, Vanessa's photo is a selfie in Vanessa. You're not too bad yourself. Hey, how you doing?

Hey, I hope Castle's wife is listening to her. I've got her winner. Oh, what's up? Castle's wife is not listening to this.

Don't be in trouble. Let's see this. I'm disappointed you, Vanessa. Do you lost points?

I think Vanessa's in drugs. I think Vanessa may be your winner. Oh, let's see. Yeah.

Yep, it's a ghost photo. Definitely not real. Well, that's the object. But the object was to make it as real as possible, right?

It could be. No, that one's Vanessa. First of all, you lose points for St. Castle's hot.

Second of all, second of all, I think you still have points for St. Castle's hot. I'll give you kudos. I'll give you kudos for submitting a picture.

That was a good picture. How do we know it's just a reflection of the glass from something? That's the point. That's the point.

That's the point. That's the point. That ghost photo. No, exactly.

You can't even. OK, OK. That's not even a real reflection in the glass. I think we all know that they are fake.

Photoshop. Yeah, they're fake. And that's OK. She's trying to better.

No, I'm not saying it's not OK. But the point was, she wants. If you want to get extra bonus points for this contest, you have to say that Hefei's hot. She just wants to go on the next question.

Yeah, you guys are going to realize that Castle's when he gets the ghost photos and passes on. This may be our only submission with a fake ghost. Hey, give us the next one. Come on.

You know there's more. All right, let's see. How many submissions did we have by the way? This photo that I've had submitted is OK, you don't have to answer the question.

So go ahead. No, go ahead. What's that? Huh?

What's that? How many? No, no, no, no. How many?

I have a contract, probably I would say seven, maybe. OK, that's pretty good. We got seven listeners. We're moving up to the world.

Hey, one of those niggas. If we get if we get if we get 10 listeners, I will videotape Lurch doing his pleasuring on the microphone and put it up on the list. Then we'll lose all 10. Already lost place.

Well, look at the person wearing a letter from Lurch's vision. OK, this is from Nate and Chelsea, older. Oh, I've met Nate. Hi, Nate.

Yep. And Chelsea. Hi. And this one is a shadow figure on their stairs.

So I'm going to pass that to have a look at. I'm so prepared that we're still passing my phone around. He's critiquing it. He's analyzing it.

So maybe we could just try this a little bit. So listeners know what we're kind of looking at. I see it right there. Uh-huh.

Too manly. Too humanly. It takes on too much of a form of a human. We just look at it.

I was hoping for one of those. What do you call them? What do you call them? Orbs?

Where's the orb? How come there's two photos, too? They took two photos. They up if you look up in the stairwell.

I see that one. But this one here. There's kind of a dark shadow. I don't think that's anything.

They're standing up in the stairwell. Dark shadow is a shadow figure, is what they're saying. Yeah. You know, you do realize you'll have plenty of time later to analyze these and first of all I should have said it.

I work 45 minutes and 45 minutes. We have to go. First of all, uber-loving on the cat. So points for uber-loving on the cat.

I like that. I don't want to let you go. I hope you got your ceiling fixed because that's just a bummer man. Yeah.

So the first photo, that's a picture of a, just say that was Nate with his cat. With his pussy. Hey. I see a picture of Jesus in the background.

Hey, he set himself up with that. I'm going to do my shower leak that I haven't repaired yet. And the second photo is slightly different. He's holding his cat and that's pretty much it.

So now you'll know what to look at when you look at photos. But I don't see what we're supposed to be looking at. Look at the stairwell. There's kind of a shadowy shadow thing.

Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah, it's very, very subtle. It looks like a, I like subtle.

I like subtle. The corner shadow of a. Well, most, most, and I'm going to use my air quotes for hefasake. Most real ghost photos are pretty subtle.

Most hate ghosts photos suck. And we'll talk about that here in a minute after we're done going through. I think I'm going to have you guys look at one more entry than we'll move on so that we're going to be more interesting than listening to what's going on. Oh, yeah, right.

20 minutes. I tried to describe it so that people would know. Okay. We're putting these somewhere so the listeners can go look at them.

Yes. After as soon as, I wonder if we should set a deadline. I might just start putting them up. I thought this was the deadline.

Well, that's the beautiful part of this is September 19th. We've already reserved our venue and we are going to take a winner or two and a guest. So if you win, you can bring one person with you on a semi-private ghost hunt. And by semi-private, I mean, basically the whole Whisper here is invited.

Whether happy will show or not is up to him. Please give me that look. Do I have to pay? Are we announcing the location?

Oh, well, if it's free. No, I'm going to leave a secret. But I'm going to see. Tell me after the show.

I'll tell you after the show. Whisper in my ear right now. Is it some place we've been already? It's some place we have been already.

It's not some place that probably the listeners are aware of. So it's not going to be like a Simon 49 or a Fear Factory. It's going to be somewhere relatively new. Is it my house?

Yes. Damn it. Face on it, bathroom. That's your semi-private ghost hunt.

You guys tried to do charades. Maximum. I'll tell you. I'll tell you.

I'll take you over. I'll take Becky. Becky. Becky.

Becky. Becky. You're invited. That's going to be our semi-private ghost hunt.

By semi-private, it's not going to be like 40 people dropping through the building. It's going to be us on this podcast and a very small, select handful of listeners. It's going to be a little bit more intimate than a big public ghost hunt. It should be fun.

One more picture. One more picture. One more picture. Now, let me describe the other picture real quick.

The one that we first saw was a barbershop. An empty barbers chair. I like that. Vanessa's picture is Vanessa.

It has a very good taste, by the way. In front of a glass case, you can see her reflection in the case. You mean she like smelly, stinky, poopy castle? Yes, you're right.

Castle's a good look. I'm just going to put that out there. If I'm good looking, you mean not good looking. And then you're right.

Oh, where's my other ghost picture at? Every pot has a lid. Does it matter what he looks like? There's someone out there that's fit for him.

You're welcome, Mrs. Castle. We don't blame Mrs. Castle.

You know what? I've got the other one at home on my computer. I don't bring it. And there's a couple others that I don't appear.

Anyway, but there's what's good. It looks like my shop paint made a shadow figure and it is pretty good. That'd be awesome. So since the topic tonight is fake ghost photos, we're going to talk about fake ghost photos.

Good segue. You're like, how segue? Classic. Let me sign this episode up.

There's no real ghost photos. The end. There are actually real ghost photos. There are numerous real ghost photos on the website.

Under the media section in photos. Nope. There's just nobody who's found an explanation for them yet. But they're taking a photo something correct?

Something there. Correct. You call it a ghost photo if you like. Alright, so let's talk about fake ghost photos.

And the reason why I kind of prompted this is it would have been probably winter, probably about February. I was contacted on Facebook and somebody said, hey, my friend took this ghost photo. Check it out. What do you think?

And they sent me this ghost photo and in the photo there's this room and there's some bicycles and there's a woman in old turn of the century clothing and the photo's kind of dark. And the photo that they sent me. That's a profile. It's a profile.

And the photo they sent me was really bad. I'm going to plug this. It was shitty. It was a really bad photo.

Daller with a swear jar. It was really pixelated. It was just really low quality photo. It looked like they had cut the woman out of a newspaper and slapped her onto the photo.

Well, this is before you're getting ahead of me. Okay. Now this is before I got the good photo. So they sent me this photo and it's really pixelated and grainy.

And it just didn't look right. I've seen a lot of ghost photos. And usually, yes, a lot of ghost photos are... I don't remember what I said.

Kind of a kind of subtle. Oh, yeah, just a little subtle. You can't just look at it and look at it and study it. Is there something there?

Yeah. In fact, a lot of times when I go to an investigation and I'm not going to speak for Lertrudien, but I take a bunch of photos and then when I get some time I go through them, but you've got to spend a couple minutes on each photo looking at everything. And it helps to put it onto a bigger screen so you're trying to look at it on your phone. Right.

And a lot of times I'll adjust the brightness in the contrast a little bit because it'll help some things pop out. Anyway, but they sent me this photo and it was just a real poor quality photo, but the ghost didn't look pretty like in your face blatant. And I told a person, I said, you know, I said, my gut instinct is from what I'm seeing here. It doesn't look real, but the quality is still bad.

I really couldn't tell you one way or another. And he said, well, let me talk to my friend, my friend who took the photo, I'll get with them. So somebody else contacted me and said, hey, you know, I'm the one who gave him this photo and here's a better quality version of it. And so they sent me the photo and it was actually a pretty decent quality photo at that point.

It wasn't pixelated, but at that point when I got this photo, it was really, really obvious that it wasn't real. You could see a definite outline around her photo. Right. And so I sent back to him.

I said, you know, I said this is not a real photo. There are some issues with it. And they were actually kind of angry at me. It's real.

I've seen it. I think it was more than kind of angry at you. Oh, yeah. Well, there's a long exchange.

Basically, you know, that photo I took it, I've seen it with my own eyes kind of thing. I said, you know, I don't doubt that you may have seen something, but I've seen things at places where people have given me fake ghost photos, but I've actually seen things at those locations. But those photos, and in this case, this photo was a definite fake. You're being way too nice.

Seriously. Go ahead. I'm sorry. I was just going to say like, you know, full body apparition like that is like the holy grail of all photos, you know, to get something like that.

It's hogwash. It's something that you'd seen the Ghostbusters movie. Like, it's that bad. And I'm sorry.

Whoever you are out there. Don't try and pull a fast one on the Wisps, especially when I've got it back. You know, they're all fake. He's standing behind a stab at a set.

They're all fake, but yours was especially bad. It was crap. There has to be a certain point where eventually, you know, you get called out and it's like, yeah, you're right. You caught me on it.

But to stand your ground so vehemently and say, no, it's real. They were just in fact, they're assistant to the point where they kind of got my dander up. Well, and I think the phrase that I used was, I think they does protest too loudly kind of, yeah. And Castle standard doesn't get up hardly ever.

It's really hard. My dander was up. Is that what Mrs. Castle said too?

I had to. I'm sorry. This is Castle. Can't get your dander up.

So, so I make a little blue pill. Oh, shoot. Yeah, I went there. So since they got me a little riled and like Dan said, I don't usually get riled.

It takes a lot to get me riled. I hope they're listening to this and that we're calling them out on this. And when I get riled, it is a crappiest photo. I'm going to put them back.

It was so crappy just to let everybody know. I spent two days and I made a video of their photo. And put it on YouTube. You should put that on the website too.

Oh, I'm going to. Our last three episodes, if you include this one, I've had corresponding videos. Please don't expect that every episode because there's a lot of work. But this one, I spent two days putting this video together.

And my first draft was about 20 minutes long and everybody else makes it so it's too long. So I went through and I modified it, chopped it down and made it a little more reasonable. But I took this video of theirs and I basically tore apart every single thing with this photo that was wrong with it. And the funny part was the first thing I did is I got this photo in there and so insistent that this thing was real.

I downloaded like every single ghost app I could find. There's a thousand and one ghost app out there that lets you put a ghost into a photo. I even bought a couple bucks for a couple of these ghost apps to try and find the ghost that they used in this photo. I looked at an app after app.

I couldn't find this ghost photo. I kind of put it out there to the team. I said, look, if you guys can figure out which ghost app they used to make this, I gave them way too much credit. The people who made the photo, not the team.

Anyway, I couldn't find it. But I knew that it was fake. And so finally after like three or four days of looking for this ghost app thing, I googled Lady in Black like the movie and voila! There's their ghost.

It's beautiful white. It's real. It's real. It's real.

I thought with my one voice. I sent back to him. I'm like, yeah, yeah, your photo is a fake. Here's what I found on Google.

Have your ghost. Lady in Black. Lady in Black. And when I did it, it was like on the front page, third row down, kind of towards the right-hand side.

I think it bumped down when I checked it, given later. But I'm like, it's a BS photo. It's here on Google. Sure enough.

There it is. You find it? Yeah. No, it's real.

Even after that, they were still in system. Oh, wait, that was interesting. It looked like it. Anyway, so I took this video and I basically tore their photo to shreds.

And then I posted it. I initially posted with comments and the guy who took the picture had this big long diatribe on YouTube of how he was going to sue me and come after me and all that kind of stuff. And let's do you. I'm more worried about getting sued by Sony.

I'm sued by a photo of nothing. It's my ghost. I sue you. I ended up taking the comments down just because he went off for so long.

And like I said, I ended up taking down the 20-minute version of a 7-minute version. It was a little more concise. To be honest with you, the 7-minute version of it being better anyway. But let's talk about fake ghost photos and what to look for if someone's showing you a photograph of a ghost.

Seriously, let me chime in right here. Oh, no. No, seriously. This is good stuff.

From a skeptics point of view, unexplained photo is a good start. Something that you can't say where the origin came from. If you show it to a skeptic and a skeptic can say, yeah, I can't really explain that yet. I will always add.

I think you got a good photo. That's a good start. And what I look for in a ghost photo, and I'm going to have Jan and Lurch down here a little bit. By the way, Lurch, when you showed me it's not quite the one.

But we'll see. What did you find? That's definitely a lady in black, he found. You're a drowel.

Nipslepping one of these photos. What do you do? We're trying to do a podcast. We're trying to do a podcast.

We're trying to do a podcast. We're trying to do a podcast. We're trying to do a podcast. Turn on the safe search, man.

Google has a safe search. Hey, he was trying to pleasure his microphone earlier. Dude, somebody's not letting him have cochity. My goodness.

I never sent his Coca-Cola. I can tell. Continue Castle. You got my attention.

I'm a good listener. Anyway, when I'm looking for a ghost photo, you're going to see some subtle. You're probably going to see some facial features if it's real. You might see a faint humanoid outline.

You may see kind of a silhouette. You may see some very faint clothing details. Same movie. Not the...

Oh, at the end, I found it. Because I'm the coolest. Oh, okay. I saw that one.

I scoped my eyes. Yeah, that is the exact image that they photographed into that crappy black photo. It's real. It's the studio.

Yeah, I'm more worried about that. My picture is studio. Yeah, if you're scrolling down on the smartphone, it's right up above the picture of black finger on the camera. It's woman and black.

Not lady and black. The lady and black brought up the Nipslepts. Stay away from lady and black kids. So for a real ghost photo, they're generally like, like I said, you're going to be hard spots.

It's not something where you put a photo and go, wow, amazing. If you get one of those, wow, amazing. Because even ghost hunting, it's a very rare, you're going to see a full blown apparition. I've seen a full human apparition, like smacking from my face one time.

I've seen a lot of stuff out of the corner of my eye. I've seen a hand. I've seen bits and pieces. But a full human form is very rare.

I'm just going to be even more rare to get that in the photograph. So if I'm looking at a fake photo, here's some things I'm looking at. First off, Photoshop. There's a lot of folks who are skilled with Photoshop.

I hope some of you skilled Photoshop folks enter the fake ghost contest. Especially since we are not allowing phone app ghost photos. If you submit a phone app ghost photo, you'll be disqualified. Hey, I submitted a phone app ghost photo.

And you're just calling them. Damn it. Yes, I can't come. The contest is not open to members of the family.

You're going to be there anyway. Oh, I forgot. But let's talk about Photoshop. So with Photoshop, if you get somebody who doesn't know what they're doing in Photoshop, look for lines.

If you look at this video that I put up, you're going to notice there's some lines around the ghost where they did a really bad job cropping the photo. Like I said, something you'd see in the ghost busters. You know what? I think they're back.

Ghost busters movie was way better than your... It's about to say way better. The ghost busters movie was bad. At least they made like slimer entertaining looking and cool.

You know, cool. But in this one, if you look at the lady in black that they posted on this picture, you can kind of see some little white lines just kind of around the outline of her. And even with your ghost apps, like if you use a ghost app on a phone, you can actually produce a pretty decent looking fake ghost image with the ghost apps, which is one of the reasons why I'm not allowing them in the fake ghost contest because... Because Castle can't tell the difference between a fake one and a real one when you use the ghost apps.
