This weeks portion speaks of not removing a landmark that has been established by the fathers. While the literal meaning of this is to not move boundary stones of a neighboring property it can have a spiritual application as well. The heart of honoring a boundary that has been set is to approach cultural issues in a way that does not lead to continual breakdown between generations. The world is relentlessly pushing for people to conform to its standards of dress speech values etc. and normalize things that in previous generations would have been seen as wrong. In this episode, we will look at the topic of modesty from a biblical perspective and one that seeks to honor the boundaries that today, are being blurred more than ever between male and female.
