Orian "Lump" Lumpkin has been a force in Houston Hip Hop culture since the early 90's. Origianlly from Los Angelos, Lump grew up in gang culture as a kid before moving to Houston to live with this father. Lump is most known for creating On The Level, a promotional company. Though OTL, Lump was able to work and build relationships with all of the major players in the industry.
