The Lyrics From Billys Forest Chapter 143

from Arroe Collins Forest Stories · host Arroe Collins

Things that are invisible and yet we're told they're always there. It plays an evil game with the spirit of building trust and faith. Serving more as a reason to walk away than participate. On this podcast I get a little preachy with the way that we look at how we act and react to the messages shared on a daily or weekly basis. I'm always amazed at how many visionary bosses forecast the outcome of what should become but rarely accept the responsibility of when things don't play out as planned. It becomes a finger pointing adventure with newer reasons to unlock your faith to trust. Look, religion and spirituality are no different. It doesn't matter where you pick up your message, the preacher, pastor or teacher lays down what seems to be an easy process of steps to leading a better life blessed with proper decisions. Then nothing changes. He said. She said. All that once felt empowered and motivated has fallen back into an empty bucket of nothingness. You can't blame both situations on the leadership at hand. For any plan or performance to lean on succeeding activation has to be the top priority. Amazing amounts of time and work go into progress. When ideas and plans just sit there, the end result may look like a season of growth only to learn the vision was more powerful then the actuality of reality. Decision makers and preachers are seed planters, idea starters, courageous chance takers that realized along the way that in order to reach a moment of victory it's not going to get done if everything being done is by themselves. There's no worse feeling then when things aren't going as planned. For the employee and or spirit walker the promised changes don't seem to materialize as fast as they do on television shows. That families backyard was redesigned and planted with growth inside 30 minutes. If that were the case with everything, we'd grow tired of dreaming. We honestly expect way too much. When you're ready to win. Slip on a pair of activation slippers and get your feet muddy. We go to work and church to make a difference not in our lives but those who need what you're creating and serving. Success begins when you take you out of the mix. Reach for the community first.
