The Lyrics From Billys Forest Chapter 182

from Arroe Collins Forest Stories · host Arroe Collins

If team leaders spent more time crafting the skills of the individual we'd have amazingly stronger forces on the workplace front. But it doesn't work that way. The goal is to empower the team with playful atmospheres without studying the source of how an individual's playing field processes birth and rebirth. Isn't that what creativity is? One project leading to the next, two never being the same? I love walking into a Walmart that isn't labeled a super store! My natural need to search is going to be fed. The little guy Walmarts aren't laid out the same. I read about a grocery store's sliver of success was based on how every location in every town had to be 100% spot on identical because their clients know what they want and where it should be found. For two weeks I walked into as many of these grocery stores as I could and watched people. I wanted to see who walked in, got what they wanted then hit the checkout counter. Didn't see it. Crafting the skills of the individual requires opposites attracting. Friction and conflict are part of the glory story. If everybody on the team is drinking the same Jesus juice where's the authentic growth? I love sitting down with individuals struggling with how nobody wants to hear their ideas, respects what they bring to the business and how difficult it can be to push their limitations toward hourly goal changes. They only thing keeping humans from being a computer is team leaders usually forgive the digital device when it crashes. Opposites attract. Compassion, a willingness to listen, forgive and build with should be the daily diet. Look at the group Chicago. Not just one of the biggest most successful bands of all time but member wise they have a lot of individuals in that band and on that team. Creative people that bring their individual ideas and energy. They work so well together that they travel with a mobile recording studio. Not only are they doing live performances but they're endlessly pumping out the jams. Recognizing their individuality as a team put them in a place on the charts most never see. Their new album of original music debuted at number one. Crafting the skills of the individual starts with leaders that must know every shape and shade of art and live it as an individual before hitting a team building meeting. Bring yourself first. Be the individual that helped others design mind blowing success.
