The Lyrics From Billys Forest Chapter 92

from Arroe Collins Forest Stories · host Arroe Collins

For the longest time we've been this generation of laughing other peoples failures away. We see a troublesome spot on life's everyday highway and most people do all they can to steer clear of the clutter. I'm reminded of the multiple times a community of farmers in Wyoming chose to work together during branding and hay bailing season. It was nearly next to impossible to accomplish any work as a solo performer in those fields. And yet today it's become such an individualized sport to find victory on a trail of one. I'm blessed with the opportunity to sit with tomorrow's broadcasters. As brave as they are with just being in class is how empty they are when it comes to physically doing the work. The majority will never admit it but their lives have been overtaken by doubt and skepticism. I love sitting with them to hear their visions and decisions. No judgement. It's almost like being at Planet Fitness. Let's workout without the pressure of outside views and cues. I honestly don't know what it's going to take to get us back on track by way of creating a stronger community of workers. It's not failure because that's just another block put on the road to one day evolve into a mountain. I'm heavily inspired by film director Tommy Wiseau who gave us the worst movie of all time The Room. During our conversation I thanked him for giving himself permission to create. He didn't sit around and complain about life and how tough creativity is. He did it. He turned the negatives of everyone around him into a process of growth. What if you got your mind off the bosses plan and started leading your life again? Be a leader by learning the art of listening then building. Don't be the community. Participate with the community.
