Can lead to shifts in beliefs and habits and magical epiphanies -Normalizing: by understanding that we are all human and having a human experience we begin to feel more connected, accepted and maybe less triggered in the experience we are having -Meditation: any type of meditation for as long or as short as you'd like to try is beneficial in that it can give our brains a break from the usual thought patterns that rule our minds.
