Today, we are sharing the magic and details of our 'Connect & Create' Rise Retreat we ran in collaboration with Yogable.  This was such a moving retreat, with 20 women who all brought a willingness to be vulnerable, to hold space for each other and to give themselves the gift of time. We had so many special connections, and in this episode I'll share incredible stories from some of the wonderful women who came along, plus our takeaways. It honestly felt like a super fun and restorative school camp - but with much better food!  We can't wait to do another Rise retreat!
