The Magician's Apprentice- Episode 6

Thank you to Ashleigh for commissioning this episode! These chapters are full of interesting little developments, but one of the worst is the moment when Stara's father forcibly reads her mind. It's invasive, a violation, and done with no concern or apology of any kind. Her father sees her as a piece of merchandise, and he's treating her the way one would a dog that starts showing weird symptoms. It's super gross. Meanwhile, the magicians are discussing the benefits of breaking certain rules, and they're taking too damn long to come to these decisions. It's embarrassing.
