People think open doors are for others but not for them Matthew 5:14–15   “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. 15  No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. People get so consumed with their life 3. People get so focused on earth they lose sight of heaven Philippians 1:21–24   For to me, living means living for Christ, and dying is even better. 22  But if I live, I can do more fruitful work for Christ. So I really don’t know which is better. 23  I’m torn between two desires: I long to go and be with Christ, which would be far better for me. 24  But for your sakes, it is better that I continue to live. Could he possibly be the Messiah?” (NLT) John 4:39–42 Many Samaritans from the village believed in Jesus because the woman had said, “He told me everything I ever did!” 40  When they came out to see him, they begged him to stay in their village. So he stayed for two days, 41  long enough for many more to hear his message and believe. 42  Then they said to the woman, “Now we believe, not just because of what you told us, but because we have heard him ourselves. Now we know that he is indeed the Savior of the world.” (NLT)
