Beginning in 1989, Florida was terrorized by 'The Damsel of Death,' a serial killer by the name of Aileen Wuornos. Wuornos killed seven men during her 12-month spree, becoming the first woman to be profiled as a serial killer by the FBI. But how was the monster created? Retired Chester Police Chief Brian Jarvis was one of the lead detectives who investigated Aileen Wuornos.
