In The first episode of this new series for Autism Awareness month, I am joined with Emily who is autistic she was diagnosed 16th November 2020 sixteen months ago. It was a pleasure to speak to Emily today, her second podcast and a great way to kick off the series this April. Emily discusses what is like getting diagnosed as an adult. We talk about our hobbies, such as Doctor Who, Emily has boxsets of a Tardis which is cool. We talks about our school life experiences and supportive and non supportive education, and what feel feel needs to be done. Emily gives some really good advise, about an Autism event i am going to just to say i don't want to be approached too closely at the end. I will wear an immunocompromised  badge around my neck at the time. Emily's Job is to break to stigma of Autism. Emily also talks about support after an autism diagnosis.  The opening episode is over an Hour Long enjoy.  Some advise from Emily  "Small things Make a difference."
