This week I'm sitting down with the man behind the scenes of Legacy Wealth Holdings, Chief Operating Officer Matt Carlin. Dating back to 2009, Matt owned and operated a single-family investing company in Cleveland, OH and in a partnership with Keller Williams realty, he developed and operated one of the largest residential property management companies in Greater Cleveland. Matt manages the daily operations and mentors staff and JV partners to keep projects running smoothly. Matt is the "integrator" who focuses on turning projects into high-performance assets.
