The Mandalorian Season 2, Chapter 12: Deep Cuts

from WhoDatJedi Podcast · host whodatjedi

This is the 53rd episode of the WhoDatJedi podcast. Your hosts -- Aaron Svoboda (@Aaron_Svoboda), Alfredo Narvaez (@NOLA_Fredo) and David Gladow (@davegladow) -- review and dissect Chapter 12, "The Siege" of "The Mandalorian," the live-action Star Wars series on Disney+. This episode marks a welcome return of recurring characters Cara Dune and Greef Karga on the planet Nevarro (though if you look closer, each character seems to be on slightly different trajectories at the moment). What the chapter was also big on was some deeper cuts for longtime fans (which the group broke down for you) and some teases for future adventures (predictions abound!). Dave Filoni's influence continues to be felt in the way the show continues to fold in other movies, TV, books and video games, but also in the way he seems to have taken on the role of "caretaker" of Star Wars -- and the group also discusses that. Listen on Podbean, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Tune In + Alexa, Amazon Music/Audible, and follow us on Twitter & Facebook!  If you like what you hear, be sure to click that follow button and leave us a positive review!  Read more of Fredo's musings here.
