Kecia Lund – Nursing Director at Essentia Health. She is a high-level labor and delivery nurse who cast her net wider to cover 3 departments in a leadership role.We get into the all of the ways she juggled/s the big renovation and major changes to the Essentia birth center, NICU and Women’s & Children’s services, but then also the day-to-day nursing.
