The Mark Of Cain

Genesis 4: The Mark of Cain After Cain kills his brother, he has permanently changed the world. As the blood of his brother calls out from the ground, Cain must realize that something has tainted his soul that will go with him throughout life. Cain has a mark placed on him, both by his own actions and by the power of God. Cain cannot undue his actions and bring back his brother; yet, God has also graced Cain with mercy, and marked him with protection.
