Dior, in spite of her stylish name, is not a fancy girl! She is estimated to be around 2 or 3 years old, and is a sturdy girl who weighs about 50 pounds. Dior is a great dog to take for a walk and hang out with. And, she has a secret: This girl can dance!! She does an adorable party trick for treats and is very treat motivated. Dior waited a long time for her spay appointment, but it finally happened! She is now spayed, tested heartworm negative, is up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped - a bargain at only $85.00. Stop by Berrien County Animal Control (1400 South Euclid Avenue, Benton Harbor, MI 49022) on Mondays-Thursdays (9:00-5:30) and Fridays (9:00-2:30) to meet our dancing queen Dior. She'll be twirling for treats!  Talking Points:   BCAC has taken in a huge number of strays in the past couple of weeks so we need people to come to us to find their lost dogs! Or come adopt! Call or come by 1400 S. Euclid.  BCAC is having an adoption event in Berrien Springs at Shiloh’s place Saturday, Jan 20. BCAC have new licenses that contain a QR code with owner details which will help get licensed dogs who are wearing their tags get home. Licenses are required by law for all dogs in the State of Michigan. Owners of unlicensed dogs picked up by our deputies are subject to citations and fines. Proof of rabies vaccination is required to get a license - local vets and Tractor Supply clinics on Saturdays are good places to get the shot and then you can buy a license online or come by our office at 1400 S.
