In his last 10 years at Lilly, he formed the Advanced Analytics Hub for which he was the Scientific Leader and ultimately the Distinguished Research Fellow. He retired from Lilly at the end of 2017. Since his retirement, he has formed his own consulting company, Analytix Thinking, which is dedicated to teaching good statistical principles and consulting on analytical strategies for organizations.
