The Matrix

What if I told you... that everything you know is— wait, Morpheus never said that? Oh, well, still! Forget about what you think you know.... or something or other. Ever feel like you’re just stuck in a dream with too many allusions to Lewis Carroll for some reason? Imagine a world filled with skin-tight leather outfits, lots of guns, and at least two cats. No, wait, it was just the same one twice... oh, and the world itself isn’t real, but there is a real world somewhere... except it’s filled with robots. Maybe you’re a chosen one! Maybe you’re not really! Maybe you were too busy looking at the woman in the red dress! Maybe you wanted to fit a joke about Point Break somewhere in this description, but couldn’t figure out how! Knock, knock, Neo. You can take the blue pill and just watch The Matrix, or you can take the red pill and watch it with us! It’s an all new distancely-recorded Cineppraisal. Why does Adam sound like he's stuck inside the Matrix, you ask? Because he probably is! Cineppraisal is an audio commentary podcast, designed to be played alongside the movies we talk about. During the beginning of the episode, we will mention sync points to help match up our audio with the film.
