The Matt Duffin Show - Death, Hate and Living the Dream
from Matt Duffin Show · host Matt Duffin
August 16, 2008: "A day of intamacy'' Having a good, good time after a looooong week of work, officially - 6 times - I killed myself. Unrealistic Belief became the prayer of my world for a week, then 'yank' I was pulled off ''the machine''. As all the family, friends and minister circled my bed, a funny thing happened. I lived. Funnier, my father MADE me live for the following years. Misunderstood understandings allowed an unrealistic belief recovery, with a smile. God took the beer out of my hands, and a smile on my face. Five years on Brain Injury Radio, I've been wishing a smile comes on yours. My throat is soar/rough/crackly. The trouble is not in your set. Jennifer Goodman and TMDS 'staff' will be in Indianapolis late this week to attend the Central Indiana Alliance Against Hate conference. Race, Creed, Religion has long been mentioned with with hate. I've seen a lot of hate from and too brain injury society. We won't hate this. (424) 243-9540 will let folks listen to the show, or online's BlogTalk, TBI Survivors Network and my home, the Downtown Milton Studio resting place of Brain Injury Radio.
