Jeffifer Goodman is staying with me as Co-host; so far.  Tonight we wish to discuss the Holiday Season - Ho Ho Ho! and all the STRESSORS associated with it.  The moods, the mood swings, the laughter, the tears, the grins and growls.  Then, us with a TBI get to be included too!   "Wait until we trim THAT tree.    Got the tree, just waiting to trim it.    Where?  With what?  With who?  Oh - ARE THEY coming over too?" Never ending stress Christmas brings many TBI survivors.  So regardless, my fellow survivors, that if wrong present was bought or given, the  wrong size selected, the wrong person is around or a wrong time seems appropriate for The Season this season - cool down (inside, not outside) in a calm manner, and be ever so pleased you can be involved with the seasonal process.   You have a brain injury.  Possibly traumatic.  Squeezed, poked, pop or stroke - you have a brain injury.  Relax and take it all in.  Folks this time of the year are WAY to busy to be concerned of you, again.  Except me, and I know Jennifer isn't either.   (424) 243-9540 or Skype TMDS from the Set.  Or, I just may drop by anyway if you are online FB..
