In recognition of the MC5's nomination to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame here's a re-posting of Jim Kerr's recent conversation with MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer. Jim Kerr and Wayne have a very candid talk about his influential life in rock. Wayne and the band were intensely active in politics during the volatile late '60s and '70s. Wayne openly discusses the mistakes he made and how he paid the price for it. Thankfully what could have been a tragedy turned into a triumph.
