Tip of the Day: Don't get scammed!    In light of all the conversation about Medicaid, we decided it might help people to understand the insurance game a bit better. Our perspective is clinically driven but also includes some information from the business side of a clinical practice. We encourage you to consider why politicians would be so enthusiastic about continuing a practice that is so clearly dysfunctional by the time it gets to practical care. Is it because there is scam going on? Do they really think it helps people? We talk about the two tiers of care. One for the wealthy and one for the poor. We also address the purpose of insurance.
