The Memorial of Saint Dominic

Today's readings explore what it looks like to hold onto trust in God when the evidence around us seems to argue against it. Habakkuk voices a raw, honest complaint about injustice going unanswered, and receives a call to patient, watchful faith. The Gospel then shows the disciples discovering that this same quality of faith—even the smallest measure of it—is the key to what seemed impossible.
