She has a passion for helping people + couples overcome symptoms of anxiety, effects of trauma, + teaching them how to work through emotions so they can become more secure in their relationships. We so enjoyed this conversation with her that taught us a lot about the depths of mental health + the importance of mindset in your journey to healing.
