The Mercalis Nurse Network

In this episode, Heather Smith, PhD, RN, NNP visits the studio to discuss the Mercalis Nurse Network.  For the past seven years, Mercalis has provided its clients and their patients with a growing suite of services focused on patient care and education.  The need for our Nurse Network was realized when we observed that parents and caregivers were being asked to mix medications and inject their children or family members.  Since then, Mercalis nurses have served as an important link in the education of caregivers, leading to better adherence and superior outcomes for countless patients.
