In the days following the events at the Cross, the disciples were at a loss. Jesus, the man they had followed for the last three years, who claimed to be the Son of God, who spoke so differently to the religious leaders of the day about the coming kingdom, had been killed and lay buried in another man's tomb. But God's redemption plan didn't end on Friday. On that first Easter Sunday, two women went to visit the tomb. But the tomb was empty. And the body was gone. Christ was risen!
