Everybody has an assignment—but everybody does NOT have the same assignment. And with every assignment comes a different level of responsibility, accountability, and weight.In this episode, we get into the difference between your identity and your assignment, because your assignment is what God gave you to DO—it is not who you ARE.We also talk about stewardship, humility, obedience, and what happens when pride gets connected to position. And sometimes what looks like a downgrade really isn't a downgrade at all. God may be repositioning you because the “downgrade” is actually setting you up for the UPGRADE.And here's another piece: POSITION MATTERS.Sometimes God puts you in a certain place because there is something you need to learn there.
