The Mighty Mai Tai

Mai Tai 2 oz Aged Rum 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup 1/2 oz Dry Curacao 1/4 oz Rich Demerara Syrup Shake all ingredients with ice, pour without straining into a large rocks glass filled with crushed ice, top with more ice and garnish with an upturned lime shell and mint sprig.
