The Mighty Redcar!
from The Property Doctor · host Dr Andrew Threadgold
I love Redcar, me!In this episode I share the things we look for when qualifying an area before you invest.I'm very passionate about this old seaside town. I start by giving you my version of the history of the town in order to provide context for why I believe it has a strong future - for example it has one of the deepest estuaries in the country which made it ideal for massive ships carrying steel to take the metal out to sea, a sign of one of its many great transport links. One of the things which separates the professional property person from the hobbyist is the approach to investing. Rather than just buying a property because its where you live, its important to have a process so you can assess somewhere you don't know and invest with confidence. Its all about de-risking your purchase and protecting your investment.I'd love to hear what you think of the episode so feel free to find me on instagram: www.instagram.com/cornerplotpropertiesMedia and other enquiries to: [email protected] for listeningThank you for listening, I'm Dr Andrew Threadgold and the host of The Property Doctor Podcast. You can find me on instagram: www.instagram.com/andrew_threadgoldAll other enquiries: [email protected]
