Ever wonder what it would take to truly serve God? What qualifies someone to be used by God in a mighty way? The Bible teaches us the God is the qualifier. Throughout the Bible, we see how God chooses the most unqualified people to do extraordinary things. All these well-known heroes of the bible have one thing in common. Today we will explore this common thing that turned unqualified men into qualified. 1 Samuel 15:22 But Samuel replied: “Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. Obedience doesn’t come from a place of understanding but a place of trust. Why is it important for followers of Christ to learn to walk by obedience? Let's dig a little deeper into the scriptures.
