The Millennial Dilemma

“Dream Big, Start Small, Listen with Intent, be in the Present moment, but most importantly Start”. A few interesting conversations, experiences and observations over the last few years, have been instrumental in helping me design content specific to different audiences. I remember, the topic on "How to Manage #millennials" was trending and many things have already been discussed, but I thought I'll share another perspective that I have experienced. Some of that is also true for #genz, now that they’re in the position Millennials were in some time back, with the Millennials taking the position of the GenX’s.
