There are a LOT of people that are very quick to point out that Gen Alpha & the bottom end of the Millenials have got real problems when it comes to working hard to achieve success.

So....I asked one of them! Ariana Djoric is a Melbourne-based influencer who appeared on reality TV last year, and you could argue that society would classify her superficially as a 'typical' Instagram-life human.

But dig even a tiny bit under the surface, and what you find could not be more different. Constant & consistent pressure to earn, challenges in discovering a professional direction...but such an insane desire to want to work & create a proper family.

Ariana will change your mind about what you assume of her generation, and make you realise that so many of these people have got a depth to them that is way beyond what they put out there on social media. A tremendous character with a mental amount of energy, positivity & love to give the world, & she makes me (and you hopefully) wonder how much value we're missing out on because of all these assumptions!
