Marty was raised on a dairy farm in Marion, IN, and Ron was raised on a dairy farm in Walkersville, MD. While they had a similar upbringing, they are very opposite yet complementary in their personality attributes. Their marriage is one of commitment as they are experiencing life’s journey of thinking, praying, studying, and goal-setting together. Their life motto is, “Our journey together and forever.” Ron and Marty live in Saint Leonard, MD on a 103-acre parcel that is a significant story and journey. “Everyone has a story that someone needs to hear.” The Cooper Culture helps organizations (for-profit and not-for-profit) establish and maintain productive and efficient work cultures through personality insights and principled leadership implementation.
