The Monarch of MOKAN, Summer 2023

from Strategikon of Saga: Kansas City podcast of Tactics for Saga, a miniatures game from Studio Tomahawk · host Brit Buell

In Kansas City we ran a 7-round season over this past Summer. We chose warbands from Age of Invasion, Age of Vikings, or Age of Crusades. The lists for players were not set throughout the entire season, as way for us to explore and play around with different lists. Lists were 6 points, and one mercenary unit was allowed to replace a single point. The season was a 7 round "Round Robin" tournament. I interview our overall winner, Charles Yaw who earned the title Monarch of MOKAN, to discuss his thoughts and strategies on winning a season.
