Federal officials immediately called it "an act of domestic terrorism" and claimed she weaponized her vehicle. But video evidence, eyewitnesses, and local officials tell a completely different story. DHS rushed to judgment within hours, blocked state investigators from accessing evidence, and kept the Civil Rights Division out of the case entirely. This is the ninth ICE shooting since September 2025. Five people are now dead.Meanwhile, 2,000-3,000 federal agents have flooded Minneapolis in what DHS calls "the largest operation ever" in Minnesota. When three members of Congress tried to conduct oversight at the ICE detention facility on Saturday, they were kicked out.
