We're back with a new episode that covers two interweaving government conspiracy theories about secret military experiments. First, the testing of a controversial new cloaking device leaves a WW2 battleship in uncharted waters.   This event known as the "Philadelphia Experiment" would bring about bizarre consequences that inspired a decades long study into electromagnetism and psychic powers. That rumored military study was known colloquially as the "Montauk Project".
