Hello and good morning everyone, today is Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024. Today's topic is, the more I resisted writing this prompt, the more I was able to grow. And the subtitle is, once you take the first step, resistance goes away. The day three prompt sounded boring to me.

You may ask why. I felt like a homework assignment from a third grade teacher, L-O-L. Write an A to Z article. As I was contemplating today's prompt, I asked myself, what is the one activity slash ritual that I can encapsulate into an A to Z article?

Boom, the following answer popped up. Affirmations. I choose affirmations from books and articles, say them aloud in front of the mirror and test for myself. After I say sometimes they clash with my current belief system, then I would challenge the beliefs that are limiting me.

I would think differently and take action, different actions in order to or to grow in certain areas slash domains of my life. After consistently saying the affirmations, I would examine if I'm taking those steps that I previously avoided or if I'm progressing in the domain in which I was previously lacking. Here are the A to Z affirmations that are helping me. I invite you to try.

Number one, acceptance. Acceptance is giving ourselves and others the ability to just be. It is arrogant to set standards for others. We can only set standards for ourselves.

B, barriers, barriers, blocks, obstacles, and problems are personal teachers allowing me to move out of the past and into the totality of possibilities. I love stretching my mind thinking of the highest good medium. C, comparisons. The immesurable part of me is where my power is.

Comparing myself with others makes me feel either superior or inferior, never acceptable exactly as I am. What a waste of time and energy. D, disease. This hyphen is related to resistance to flowing with life in some areas and to the inability to forgive.

I look at the seas as if it is a personal teacher that comes to help me on my pathway to greater understanding. E, expanding horizons. By expanding my horizons I easily dissolve limitations. If we open ourselves to unlearning some of our limited thinking patterns and learning something new, then we can grow and change.

F, feelings. We create our feelings by the thoughts we choose to think. We can make different choices and create different experiences. We can heal what we can feel.

So we must allow ourselves to feel our feelings. G, giving and receiving. I joyously give to life and life lovingly gives to me. I gain and receive gifts graciously.

Appreciation and acceptance act like powerful magnets for miracles every moment of the day. Compliments are gifts of prosperity. H, housekeeping. I continually clean the rooms of my mind.

Simple household chores are a snap for me. I make housework fun. I begin anywhere and move through the rooms with artistic fire. I choss out the garbage and dust and polish those things I treasure.

I, income. My financial status reflects my changing beliefs about income. The income I'm presently making reflects my beliefs and my deservability. It has nothing to do with getting.

It's allowing me to accept. I accept a healthy flow of income for myself. J, journaling. I choose to journal my thoughts and feelings on people.

It helps me be in integrity with myself by channeling my thoughts and feelings. Feeling my feelings. K, kindness. I embody kindness every day.

I am a kind and innocent sound. I deal with difficult situations kindly and gracefully. My order radiates with kindness. L, love.

I rejoice in the love I have to share. Deep at the center of my being, there is an infinite supply of love. It is inexhaustible. I can never use it all in this lifetime, so I don't have to be sparing with it.

I can always be generous with my love. Love is contagious. M, manipulation. My highest self is immune to manipulation and guilt.

I am not here to please other people or to live my life their way. I am here to learn how to love myself and to love other people unconditionally. It's a lot of effort to do that. No one can manipulate me without my constant new outlook.

Every moment is a new beginning point. I enjoy new ways of thinking. We do a lot of fact-sulating between old ideas and new ways of thinking. Be patient with yourself through this process.

Beating yourself up only keeps you stuck. It's better to build yourself up instead. Oh, old age. I choose the thoughts and make.

I choose the thoughts that make me feel comfortable with growing older. Each year is special and precious and filled with wonders all its own. Being elderly is as special as being a child. P, parents.

Parents are wonderful people. They too have children once. Now is the time for me to stand up on my own two feet, support myself to think for myself, to give me what my parents couldn't give me. The more I learn about their childhoods, the more I understand their limitations.

Q, quiet. I choose to be quiet when I experience situations beyond my control. Being quiet and sitting still with my eyes closed helps me connect with my higher self and get solutions to problems. Are resentment.

I release and I forgive. I release the need to dwell in resentment. In the years past, like many people, I used to live in a prison of self-righteous resentment. I felt I had the right to be angry because of all the things they did to me.

It took me a long time to learn and that holding on to bitterness and resentment did me more harm than the original incident. Releasing the resentment led me out of the prison, the door to my heart opened and I found that I was free. I forgave, I let go and I'm fly free as self-talk. My inner dialogue is kind and loving.

I have a unique role to play on this earth and I also have the tools to do the job. The thoughts I think in the words I speak are my incredible powerful truths. I use them and I enjoy what they produce for me. Meditation, prayer or ten minutes of affirmations in the morning are wonderful and I get better results when I'm consistent all day long.

Tea, time. I have all the time in the world. Time is exactly what I make it to be. If I choose to feel rushed then time speeds up and I do not have enough of it.

If I choose to believe there is always enough time for me to do the things I want to do then time slows down and I accomplish what I said to do. When we can see the perfection of each experience then we are never rushed or delayed. We are in the right place, in the right time and all is well. You, understanding.

The more I understand, the more I understand, the more I understand, the more my world expands, unteachable. Every day I open my awareness to little to little more to the divine wisdom with the name. Life to me is education. Every day I open my mind and my heart as a child has and I discover new insights, new people, new viewpoints and new ways to understand what is happening and what they mean.

We, violence. Love always dissolves violence. Love lives in the heart of every human being on this earth. Whenever there is a violence on this earth, love is the deeper issue trying to be heard.

I'm learning to listen to the silent cry within every violent report. I believe in the tools of my mind and with these tools I move out of bondage with respect to negative experiences and into new positive possibilities. W words. Am I way to the power of my words?

I respect my mind and my mouth. I pay attention to all my words and I carefully select them because I decide to create beautiful experiences. My thoughts and my words shape my life like a potter shapes clay into a bound amazed a dinner plate and or a teapot. Exfactor.

I can choose to find the X factor in any mundane activity I do. The more I practice art and we in creativity X factor shows up. I am choosing to leave Y and Z. That's the choice I made.

As I said ABC, this is a writing prompt. I'm choosing to leave Y and Z and tagging me through for her wonderful article mentioned by Anne Wankertramen, ABC of gratitude. That's the title. Please check it out.
