Only to feel as though there is this "invisible" block. A nameless, faceless energy that pulls us back down into the frequency of guilt, shame, or what I call the "what's the point" zone....   Today I share a story of my process towards uncovering and healing one of the core traumatic events that was keeping me from allowing myself the space to move forward in my life.. This isn't simply to share this revelation with all of you beautiful humans,, But it is also to encourage you to dive into your own shadow to reveal the situation that is trying to emerge to be healed, validated or released...  We did not come here to live trapped in a moment that hurt us forever.. We have the potential to find strength and new perspectives if we give ourselves permission to do so... And when it is time it will be time... and not one moment sooner.
