The Morning Report: JEA Fee Investigation and Florida’s DEI Ban

Jacksonville’s Office of Inspector General is launching an investigation into the city-owned utility JEA over millions of dollars in potentially unpaid capacity fees from some commercial customers. A review by the City Auditor will examine whether the fees were properly collected and how much money the utility may be owed.
