To find out about disconnecting on the water, Cedric met with Adrian Walker, a boating expert and CEO & Co-Founder of Boataffair.Adrian Walker has a very exciting international background. Half Swiss, half British, he grew up in Switzerland where he studied Economics and Finance. In the first years of his career, he worked as a Certified Accountant. Soon after realizing that there is so much more to be discovered, Walker followed his curiosity and travelled the world. He spent some time working in the tourism industry, living in Spain and Mexico. He earned his MBA at the Imperial College in London, which brought Walker to England. During his studies, he got in touch with many inspiring entrepreneurs. Combining work with his passion for boats and his dream of starting his own business, Boataffair was born.The aim of Boataffair is to provide their clients with an authentic experience on the water by enabling boat owners to share their boats with guests. Boataffair offers boat rentals for a flexible amount of days with various requests, from a romantic getaway to a team building event. Another important mission of the team behind Boataffair is bringing transparency to the boat chartering market.
