Lying there on the floor was 67-year-old Javier Rodriguez, lifeless with two bullet wounds: one in his wrist and another in his chest. His fate was sealed long before help arrived. Javier was pronounced dead on the scene. The least the officer could do now was find the truth behind his murder.
