The Most Sublime Bookshelf
from Tea with Mara Hosted by George Beecher
"The Most Sublime Bookshelf" is a Dharma talk offered at Two Hands Sangha on the topic of the Four Brahma Viharas. In this talk, we explore loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity; the practical ways the Buddha taught that the heart can meet the world. Framed here by gratitude at the beginning and forgiveness at the end, this talk looks at how we open the heart, train it, and learn to let go of what keeps it closed. I hope you find it helpful.
