Additionally, he is a seasoned Lead Assessor on Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessments (JSVA), showcasing his leadership and extensive experience in the field. In his previous role as the Director of Commercial and Cybersecurity at Edwards Performance Solutions, Brian built the Edwards CMMC practice, achieving certifications across the CMMC Ecosystem. He played a pivotal role in developing the Cybersecurity Framework while supporting NIST as a contractor. During his 20-year tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, Brian supported the NSA's Information Assurance Directorate (IAD) as a Principal. Holding an MS in Operations Research from UMBC, a BS in Computer Science from Purdue, and certifications including PMP and CISM, Brian leverages his knowledge to guide organizations in developing robust cybersecurity programs, safeguarding critical assets, and achieving regulatory compliance.
