The Mueller Report - Part 18 - Volume 2 - Part 4 - Mistakes Turn To Lies, Lies Turn To Crimes

So theres this guy, Barry, he’s just really mad at the Russians for interfering in our elections, told there leader to cut it out. They laughed, he said Boom! Sanctions. That freaks out this guy Mike, and some of Mikes friends. They decide Mike should call the Russians and say “Hey man, thats not us, be cool, and we will be cool”. The Russians say “sure! No problem.”. The thing is Barry’s buddy was listening. Because thats his job, and he tells Barry’s other friends. They go and ask mike. “Did you tell the Russians to be cool”. Mike’s like “No””We talked about puppies and shit”. Well they know he lied. He has to know that they know he lied, and that pissed off Mike’s boss Donald. Donald tells Barry’s buddies to cut it out because he’s the boss now, and Barry’s friends are like, “Mike lied” “We know, he knows, The Russians know, and now you know” Don freaks out, and spends two years spiraling out of control. The crazy thing I think is. if no one had lied, If Don had just been like” What! Russians are fucking with me! “They are making me look bad here, I have to look tuff in response” America would have loved that shit. If Don had seen them as his opponent and not America, He might have been a pretty interesting Republican President. Controversial yes, but more affective. No one had to lie. Nothing up to now was like that big a deal. It became a big deal because of the lies. Because now the question is why? Why lie about something barely criminal? So now thats the investigation. As it should be. We pay a lot for our representatives to be where they are, and they are paid tax dollars to do the job set forth by the constitution, The Presidents job description is to faithfully protect and defend our Constitution, Congress has the job of making sure he does.
