The old foundation is crumbly and it’s time to think differently.   The energy field around this transmission may be disorienting as you pop in. The space is gridded and also protected. To stabilize yourself, breathe down your central vertical channel that runs from top of head to perineum. Breathe a few times. Connect to your heart, then palms of hands and feet. Connect to your personal earth star 6-8 inches below your feet. Activate 6 directions - we’ve been using north, south, east, west, astral (from heart goes out front), and distal (from heart goes out back). Balance right to left, left to right, top to bottom, bottom to top, inner to outer, outer to inner, front to back, back to front. Breathe.   This is a transmission, so you don’t have to remember everything. The Consciousness of energy field will transmit to you what is appropriate for you.
