UPDATE October 13, 2020 - Beckley detectives #BELIEVE they have cracked a nearly 40- year-old cold case. The prosecuting attorney's office said an indictment for murder has just been returned by a Raleigh County Grand Judy in the case of Cynthia Miller. Earl James Robbins, 64 was indicted for murder. He's currently incarcerated inside a California state prison but will be extradited to face trial in Raleigh County. August 1981 27-year-old Cynthia Jane Miller of Beckley West Virginia is shot to death in her home just hours before her wedding. Who murdered her?
