Mirna Salihin was on top of the world - she'd recently married her long time boyfriend in a beautiful wedding in Bali and was looking forward to her upcoming honeymoon in South Korea. On January 6, 2016, she went to meet some friends at the Olivier Cafe in the upscale Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall in Jakarta, Indonesia. She took a seat at the booth her friend had saved for them and took a sip of her Vietnamese Iced Coffee as she chatted away with her friends. But there was something wrong with the coffee. It tasted rotten. Almost immediately after taking that sip of her coffee, Mirna began experiencing convulsions and foaming at the mouth.
