Peggy Cox was murdered at the Hardee's in Franklin, Tennessee on February 1, 1991. To this day, we don't know who gunned down the hardworking mother-of-three at the drive-thru on her 49th birthday. Police have come up with a number of theories over the years. They've even enlisted the help of the Vidocq Society.
