The wine for this week comes from our friends at Salado Winery. We are enjoying a 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon grown by '3 Texans Vineyard' in Temple, TX. This is a wonderfully oaky Cabernet. Salado Winery splurged on heavy toast French oak for this wine!
